Swivel Tub Chairs in Clay Velvet, Pair
Swivel Tub Chairs in Clay Velvet, Pair
Swivel chairs remain a furniture favorite through years of seating design. In the Mid-Century some of the most iconic designers such as Milo Baughman and Edward Wormley included many iterations of swivel chairs in their portfolios. Simple form for optimal comfort with the ability to vary the point of view at your will; Swivel Chairs are a seating staple.
This example of Mid-Century design are very much in the style of Milo Baughman. The pair features a generous base which elegantly pedestal the tops. The interiors are finished with 5 button tufts and the backs sport a welted channel which accentuates the chairs’ silhouette; all of these details are as they were originally. We chose a handsome Velvet in Clay for the seat and offset the bases with Velvet in Noir. Object Refinery has wonderfully restored these exquisite examples of Mid-Century design to be enjoyed for many years to come.
