Return Policy

Object Refinery does not accept returns for items that have shipped. We absolutely stand by our product; in the rare event of a less than ideal experience we will do whatever possible to remedy the situation in a timely manner.

We will always provide exceptional service and offer as much information as possible so as to avoid the likelihood of disappointment upon receipt of your purchase. Our goal is for every Object leaving our facility to be loved just as much as we do and we’ll accept nothing less.

In cases where a refund is issued, it may be subject to a re-stocking fee. These are determined on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the client.
