His use of high-fashion materials such as burlwood was unnaparelled and with compliments to Hekman, they utilized it incredibly well on their desk. They chose to employ a parsons design with recessed drawers beneath the desktop. With a central personal drawer and two neighboring task drawers, those who choose to make this desk the center of their office are equipped with ample storage space. The drawers, paired with the generous surface space, make Hekman’s desk one to be greatly desired.

This desk remains in its original finish and condition. Wear exists throughout the piece from age and history. With respect to the finish and the nuanced grain of the burlwood our team has done touch ups where necessary.
